To accomplish this, we must maintain the highest level of integrity, honesty and communication with our stakeholders. We will achieve this by using the latest applied technologies available and also our management creativity. Caliber’s stakeholders are our customers, vendors, owners, general public and governmental agencies. As well as profitability, Caliber has an ongoing goal to be a strong social and philanthropic community member."

Code of Ethics

Honesty:
All team members should be honest with customers and with each other. Our reputation, our greatest corporate asset, is a result of our honesty.

We must proactively and openly communicate with all stakeholders, including customers, vendors and government agencies.

We must aggressively pursue our goals and our customer’s goals, without breaching our own code of ethics or governmental laws.
Integrity:
All team members should use their best judgment and objectivity in identifying equipment defects. It is our responsibility to be fair to all parties involved. Our reputation relies on this objectivity.
Fairness
Be fair with all stakeholders and use reversibility as a guide.
Safety:
Team members should be consistently aware of their environment, safety, and Railroad regulations for safety. In addition, we will use our skill and knowledge to proactively manage maintenance repairs for consistently safe and operable equipment.
